Finance Graduate Programme

This three-year rotational programme offers practical exposure across key finance functions.

  • Job Description: Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements, assist with tax compliance and reporting, and contribute to strategic tax planning initiatives. Gain hands-on experience in core financial operations, develop insight into commercial operations, forecasting and budgeting, and explore financial strategies and operations.

Key Areas of Focus:

  1. Shared Services: Develop your skills in core financial operations.
  2. Commercial Operations: Expand your knowledge in commercial businesses.
  3. Forecasting & Budgeting: Contribute to planning processes, including capital budgeting.
  4. daa International: Learn about financial strategies and international ventures.

Specialist Rotations (Year 2 & 3):

  1. Group Reporting: Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements and internal reporting processes.
  2. Tax Teams: Support tax compliance and reporting, contributing to strategic tax planning initiatives.
  3. Cost and Efficiency Team: Develop insight into cost management and efficiency improvement strategies.

You Will Develop:

  • Core Finance Skills: Financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, analytical thinking, and finance automation.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work cross-functionally and manage projects effectively.
