The Property Programmes Leader is responsible for planning and delivering property programmes across the business, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop standards and principles for property initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and drive growth.
- Oversee the development of store formats and layouts to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support accurate forecasting and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Align planning activities and space strategies with the company's long-term vision and goals.
- Identify and resolve programme-related challenges through innovative solutions.
- Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, such as property or real estate.
- Hands-on experience in store operations or retail environments, with a strong understanding of space utilisation and customer flow.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues with visible or hidden disabilities.
