Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Maintenance Manager to oversee all aspects of maintenance operations at our facility.

About the Role

You will lead and develop a skilled maintenance team, driving safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the maintenance team to deliver high performance and a strong safety culture.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment.
  • Manage repairs, inspections, and upgrades to minimize downtime and maintain product quality.
  • Troubleshoot breakdowns, identify root causes, and implement lasting solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and spare parts inventory.
  • Collaborate closely with production and quality teams to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Identify and deliver process improvements across the department.

About You:

  • Proven experience in a maintenance management role, ideally within a high-volume production environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of processing equipment, machinery, and utilities.
  • Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field preferred, though relevant experience will be considered.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
