">Your Role:
">- Lead and develop a skilled maintenance team to deliver high performance and a strong safety culture.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment.
- Manage repairs, inspections, and upgrades to minimize downtime and maintain product quality.
- Troubleshoot breakdowns, identify root causes, and implement lasting solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and spare parts inventory.
- Collaborate closely with production and quality teams to ensure operational efficiency.
You Will Need:
">- Proven experience in a maintenance management role, ideally within food manufacturing or a similar high-volume production environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of processing equipment, machinery, and utilities.
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field preferred, though relevant experience will be considered.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
