Clinical Assessment Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a clinical psychologist within our team, providing comprehensive specialist assessments for individuals with suspected neurodevelopmental disorders. As part of the multidisciplinary Neurodevelopmental Assessment Team, you will conduct thorough assessments using established diagnostic tools and your expertise in neurodevelopmental or developmental assessments will be invaluable in this position.

The Role:
  • Conducting assessments for families and adults, including diagnostic assessments for individuals with suspected autism and/or ADHD, is a key responsibility of this role.
  • You will also be required to write timely and professional assessment reports, providing recommendations and interventions where necessary.
  • Depending on your experience, supervision and support of junior staff may also be required.

As a qualified clinician, you will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality assessments and ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. This is a hybrid position, allowing for some remote work, but regular travel to our office is required.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Registered Practitioner Psychologist
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland
  • Experience in neurodevelopmental or developmental assessments for children and young people
  • Knowledge of DSM-5 criteria and assessment tools for autism and ADHD
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
