DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Executive to join our team in managing and developing an established commercial book of business. This role will provide the successful candidate with a unique opportunity to grow their career and make a significant impact on our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client insurance needs, including renewals, alterations, and claims handling.
- Support senior colleagues on client accounts.
- Achieve sales targets by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services.
- Follow agreed processes for all tasks.
- Manage debt recovery and premium collection.
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the Enterprise Team Lead.
- Mandatory APA qualification; working towards CIP qualification.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Positive attitude with adaptability to change.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
- Strong technical and product knowledge.
- Good personal organization and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Pleasant and assertive phone manner.
- Ability to build relationships with insurers and clients.
