
Cultivating Long-Term Relationships as a Senior Customer Advocate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and customer success, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying and mitigating risks of churn, and ensuring high customer satisfaction and referenceability.
You will work closely with other MongoDB partners to promote and encourage implementation of paid MongoDB features across your assigned customer portfolio. You will also lead new customer and project onboarding meetings, validating and identifying customer needs, potential challenges, and key project timelines.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying blockers to success and preventing long-term churn
- Recommending standard methodologies to make the client successful
- Helping to develop and implement standard methodologies, processes, and tools to continually improve our Customer Success Program
The right candidate will have a proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, with a strong understanding of the importance of delivering exceptional customer experiences. They will be a natural problem-solver, with excellent analytical and communication skills.
