Key Role: Maintenance Electrician

About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Electrician to join our team. As a key member of our facility's maintenance team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex electrical equipment, ensuring optimal functionality.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex electrical equipment, including motors, sensors, and automated systems.
  • Perform repairs to buildings and equipment to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct regular preventive maintenance procedures to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and develop creative solutions to resolve them.
  • Program and troubleshoot PLC systems to ensure seamless operation.
  • Assist in project commissioning and ensure smooth site operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of scheduled maintenance and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify areas for continuous improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Read and follow blueprints and assembly instructions with precision to ensure high-quality work.
Requirements
  • Possess a qualified Electrical Trades background with 1-10 years' experience as a qualified electrician.
  • Proven track record of working in a Production/Manufacturing environment.
  • Thorough understanding of safety regulations and standards.
  • Demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex electrical issues.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
