**Medical Professional Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Registrar to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality medical care while contributing to the education and training of junior medical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive medical assessments and manage patient care under the supervision of senior consultants.
  • Participate actively in ward rounds, clinics, and multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure effective and coordinated patient management.
  • Perform diagnostic investigations and interpret results, developing timely and appropriate treatment plans.
  • Mentor and supervise junior medical staff, including interns and residents, while fostering a supportive learning environment.
  • Engage in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Contribute to the education of medical students and junior doctors through lectures, tutorials, and hands-on training.
  • Participate in on-call duties as required as part of the registrar rota.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Medical degree (MB BCh BAO or equivalent) and registration with the Medical Council of Ireland.
  • Previous experience in internal medicine or a relevant specialty is preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a commitment to patient-centered care.
  • A collaborative approach to working within a multidisciplinary team.
