We are seeking a skilled Senior Account Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for tapping into potential client opportunities and generating new business.
Responsibilities- Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and develop strong personal relationships with clients
- Create reliable forecasts and maintain transparency with management on pipeline status
- Closing new business consistently at or above quota level is essential for this role
- Develop and execute strategic plans for territories, documenting competitive information as necessary
- Invest in colleagues, providing coaching and advice for improvement and growth
- Work to develop and circulate best practices throughout the team, creating a foundation for success
- Listen to market needs and share insights with product and marketing teams, contributing to the development of innovative solutions
- Be proactive in solving problems outside your area of expertise and take on additional initiatives and responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to lead and contribute to the company's larger objectives, driving growth and success
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong prospecting and pipeline-building abilities
- Able to create reliable forecasts and maintain transparency with management
- Experience in closing new business consistently at or above quota level
