As a Talent Solutions Account Executive, you will be responsible for responding to inbound inquiries and engaging in outbound activity in your region. You will strategically approach target companies and teams, identify the best technology options, and sell corporate recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and develop strong relationships with prospects
- Create reliable forecasts and maintain transparency with management regarding pipeline status
- Closely align with colleagues to achieve business objectives
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- 2+ years of relevant sales experience
- Fluency in German and English
- Experience with recruiting, recruitment media, and HR software (desired)
