The Business Development Representative position is a dynamic opportunity to generate new business pipeline through prospecting and managing leads.
Your Responsibilities- Develop new business opportunities primarily through outbound prospecting efforts
- Manage inbound leads that are driven by sales initiatives
- Nurture early-stage opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Cultivate interest among existing customers and break into net new logos in assigned territory
- Collaborate with core sales teams to identify and source new pipeline and provide research support for lines of business and personas
- Align with internal account teams to achieve sales goals
- Fluency in Spanish and English languages as well as a valid working visa for Ireland
- Experience in business development, sales or related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across different parts of the organization
- Experience researching, account planning, prospecting, and cold calling into a large list of new and existing accounts
- Proven track record of achieving sales metrics and consistent achievement of year-over-year quota attainment
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
