Market Development Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Market Development Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth in the DACH market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities and pipeline within a defined territory
  • Manage and plan your territory and outbound strategy
  • Develop and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns to educate potential customers on our solutions and gain insight into their business needs
  • Drive brand and product awareness through regular email and call campaigns
  • Schedule high-impact appointments with qualified leads and work closely with Account Executives to close deals
  • Record prospect information in our CRM database and provide insights to inform future sales strategies

Requirements:
  • Fluency in German and English
  • 1+ year experience with sales cycles and solution-selling tactics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Experience with Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Track record of success in outbound sales/business development role
  • Confident and courteous verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience
