
New Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Professional to expand our customer base using HubSpot software. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and helping them grow.
- Challenge Resolution: Quickly assess challenges that our prospective customers face and discover the best marketing solutions for their business.
- Deal Closure: Consistently close new business at or above quota level.
- Client Relationship Building: Nurture relationships with highly qualified opportunities at small-sized companies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our marketing and technology departments to evolve our sales strategy when new features and products are introduced.
This is a full-closing role based out of your home office in an inside sales model. We value flexibility and connection, whether you're a Remote employee or work from the Office.
Required Skills:- Proven Track Record: Proven track record in exceeding individual sales target, particularly in outbound sales and prospecting.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both French and English.
- Sales Expertise: Unmatched consultative selling and closing skills.
- Pipeline Management: Accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
