Job Title: Regional Business Growth Manager

Drive revenue growth and expand our sales footprint across Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales and merchandising teams to develop and implement business strategies.
  • Lead the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress and growth through effective planning and execution.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by exploring potential clients and expanding into new sales channels.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Represent the company at trade events, exhibitions, and training sessions, promoting our brand and values.
  • Proactively address any sales-related issues and implement corrective measures.
  • Provide regular performance updates, tracking key sales metrics such as pipeline growth, forecast accuracy, conversion rates, and sales cycle length.
  • Travel across Ireland to engage with customers and support local teams.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product range and provide expert support to drive sales growth.
  • Work closely with various departments to foster a customer-centric culture and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Create compelling sales proposals and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships, influence decisions, and provide trusted advice.
  • A structured approach with experience in developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • A proven track record of success and a passion for achieving goals.
  • Previous experience in Business Development, preferably in FMCG or DIY sectors, is desirable but not essential.
