Job Summary

This role involves driving business growth through data-driven insights, market research, and strategic partnerships. It requires developing effective customer acquisition campaigns across various channels, managing multiple opportunities throughout the sales cycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies and optimize the customer acquisition process.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop customer-centric acquisition campaigns at scale, generating and qualifying leads through direct outreach, networking, and partnerships.
  • Manage complex sales opportunities, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the business cycle.
  • Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights, align strategies, and optimize the customer acquisition process.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in sales, client relationship management, or account management.
  • Proven track record in technology sales focused on new customer acquisition.
  • Fluent communication skills in English and Central Eastern European languages to support client relationship management in this region.
