
New Business Growth Specialist

Key responsibilities for this position include generating new business pipeline primarily through prospecting outbound opportunities, managing inbound leads that are driven by outbound effort, and nurturing early-stage opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, sales or related field experience, as well as fluency in Finnish and English languages. Additionally, the individual must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and across many different parts of the organisation to get things done.
Key skills required for success in this role include:
- Generating new business pipeline through prospecting outbound opportunities
- Managing inbound leads that are driven by outbound effort
- Nurturing early-stage opportunities
- Partnering with core sellers to identify and source net new pipeline
