
New Business Opportunities Executive

This role involves generating new business opportunities for the Sales Team by conducting outbound cold calls, nurturing leads and building a strong pipeline of potential customers.
- The primary responsibility is to qualify and engage prospective clients who are considering switching MSPs or have cybersecurity concerns.
- Potential candidates will be highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, resilient and enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Making targeted outbound cold calls to SME prospects
- Qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for the Sales Team
- Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system
- Collaborating with marketing to refine messaging and campaigns
- Staying informed on industry trends especially in Cybersecurity, AI and Automation
- Meeting and exceeding weekly/monthly KPIs for calls, appointments and conversions
We're seeking a driven individual with a passion for opening doors and starting conversations. The ideal candidate should have:
- A proven track record in outbound B2B sales, preferably in IT or tech services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
- Understanding of MSP services and SME business challenges
