Job Title: Senior Nursing Executive
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled nursing executive to lead our team in delivering exceptional care and service to our residents.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and quality in our facility, with a focus on patient-centered care and positive outcomes.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated professional to take on a leadership role and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Lead by example and demonstrate excellent clinical skills and knowledge
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve best practice and continuous improvement
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor and evaluate the quality of care
- Provide coaching and mentoring to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these
- Degree in Nursing or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior nursing role
- Proven track record of achieving high-quality results and improving patient outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
