We are seeking a strategic HR Manager to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding, inductions, and exits.
- Oversee HR administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all employee records, training records, and certifications.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify improvements in Facilities Management requirements.
- Work closely with Health & Safety teams to ensure compliance and best practice.
- Lead recruitment processes, including liaison with external recruiters, job boards, and interview coordination.
- Design and deliver effective onboarding and in-house training programs.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR best practices.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a stand-alone HR role, ideally in a fast-paced or growing organization.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with ISO accreditation processes (desired).
- Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and advise at all levels.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects.
