HR Manager Job Description

We are seeking a strategic HR Manager to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding, inductions, and exits.
  • Oversee HR administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all employee records, training records, and certifications.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify improvements in Facilities Management requirements.
  • Work closely with Health & Safety teams to ensure compliance and best practice.
  • Lead recruitment processes, including liaison with external recruiters, job boards, and interview coordination.

  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a stand-alone HR role, ideally in a fast-paced or growing organization.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with ISO accreditation processes (desired).
  • Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and advise at all levels.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects.
