Key Role Responsibilities

This is a leadership position responsible for managing employee relationships in Ireland, the UK and other EU countries. The role involves providing expert advice and solutions to HR teams and business leaders on employment law topics.

The successful candidate will lead performance, disciplinary, grievance and conflict resolution cases in line with company policy and legislation. They will also advise internal stakeholders on complex HR decisions, including performance management, retention, discrimination and separations.

  • Lead investigations into workplace issues such as harassment and bullying;
  • Provide guidance on employment law and regulations;
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders to manage leaves of absence and sickness absences;
  • Partner with Centres of Excellence and SSC teams to review HR policies from an employment law perspective;
Essential Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field. A post-graduate certificate or diploma in employment law is also desirable.

You should have at least 8+ years of experience in employee relations, with a focus on ER investigations, employment law, performance management and compliance.

Knowledge of employment law in the EMEA region, specifically in the UK and Ireland, is essential.
