This leadership position leads Employee Relations (ER) and HR Operations in the EMEA region.
The team enhances employee experience, ensures ER operational excellence and compliance, while optimizing HR efficiency.
- Provides regional leadership to the EMEA Employee Relations and HR operations team.
- Leads, manages, and develops the team to achieve annual goals and progress the strategic ER roadmap.
- Serves as an objective and trusted advisor for employees and management across the region.
This role requires hands-on and strategic expertise, with a next-level customer service orientation in all aspects of execution.
A successful candidate demonstrates collaboration, initiative, critical judgment, and objective decision-making in providing guidance, support, and recommendations to resolve employee relations concerns.
The role involves consulting and providing training, advice, counsel, and resolution to employees and managers on a broad range of employee relations matters.
Key responsibilities include conducting investigations into employee complaints, identifying and assessing misconduct, partnering with legal counsel, and leading the team to effectively handle employee relations issues and concerns.
This leadership role manages a team of 5-7 employees across the region, including managers and individual contributors.
The ideal candidate has strong ER experience, people leadership skills, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to prioritize work and navigate ambiguity in a high-growth environment.
They must be able to drive results through individual efforts and influencing others without authority over them, including with HR and Business Leaders.
The role also requires excellent customer service and relationship management skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality, diplomacy, tact, and business acumen.
This position involves frequent travel, but only on a limited basis as needed.
An academic credential within Business/HR or a related field is required, with a postgraduate degree/MBA preferred.
