Job Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious professional to manage and develop our leading healthy bar brand, focusing on building strong marketing strategies that drive commercial success across trade channels. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create impactful marketing initiatives that engage consumers, drive retail sales, and build long-term brand equity in the market.

The Role

This role plays a pivotal part in managing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen the brand presence and drive commercial success across trade channels. Key responsibilities include:

  • Create and execute a clear brand strategy for the healthy bar brand, working with agencies to bring to life best-in-class activation which build brand fame and top of mind awareness.
  • Always look to disrupt the norms and outsmart competition.
  • Build and implement brand & trade marketing plans for the market with a focus on increasing distribution, rate-of-sale and top of mind awareness.
  • Work closely with Sales, Category and Finance to create tailored promotional plans and trade marketing materials that align with both brand and retail objectives.
  • Manage existing portfolio and NPDs effectively.
  • Be entrepreneurial and constantly look at ways to improve brand and business performance.
  • Build strong and credible relationships with stakeholders. Deliver best-in-class brand plans, monthly and quarterly brand reviews.
Requirements

To succeed in this challenging role, you should have:

  • At least 5 years' experience in brand marketing and trade marketing ideally within FMCG.
  • Possess a deep understanding of consumer trends and building brands.
  • Developed creative problem-solving skills and a commercially astute mindset.
  • A resilient self-starter with result-driven approach.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
