Job Title: Key Finance Professional

This is a demanding and dynamic role ideal for someone looking to progress their career in the financial sector. You will gain exposure to all aspects of finance, take initiative, and develop your expertise with senior and experienced financial professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process weekly and monthly payroll for 500+ employees efficiently.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and administration through diligent attention to detail.
  • Liaise with the HR department regarding new employee setup and changes to terms and conditions effectively.
  • Calculate payroll adjustments including absences and other deductions accurately.
  • Administer payroll-related schemes i.e. Pension, Bike to Work, BIK etc.
  • Maintain a robust system of internal controls to ensure correct payroll processing.
  • Act as a point of contact and deal with queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare payroll-related documentation and reports professionally.
  • Assist with month-end tasks and be willing to learn new areas to provide cover to the team.
