Project Manager Opportunity

This is an ideal position for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role in delivering a high-quality project.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day site activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, building regulations, and statutory requirements.

  • Liaise with the Project Director and Senior Management on large-scale residential and commercial projects.
  • Manage site activities, reviewing and understanding all drawings and specifications, highlighting errors/omissions to the design team promptly.
  • Monitor construction quality, workmanship, and materials, maintaining accurate records on the document control system.
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors effectively.
  • Maintain thorough site records, including site diary, and support the commercial team with labour and material allocations.
  • Liaise with the Client and Design Team as required.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years relevant experience managing large-scale residential and commercial projects.
  • Full driving licence.
  • Valid Safe Pass & Manual Handling certification.
  • Strong IT skills, proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and experience with construction document control systems (e.g. Procore).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong work ethic and team-focused approach.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery.
