Senior Project Manager Role

This is a senior project manager role for multi-family construction projects. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in managing large-scale, multi-family developments.

The successful candidate will be able to lead multiple projects concurrently, develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets, and interface effectively with property staff, subcontractors, tradespeople, architects, and owners.

To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to have:

  • A background in large-scale multi-family or stick-framed housing projects">
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight">
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills">
  • Ability to lead multiple concurrent construction projects">

  • Estimating and budgeting capabilities">
  • Willingness to travel as needed">
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.">

Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a base salary between $115,000 and $145,000 (based on experience), bonus eligibility, and a full benefits package. Relocation support may also be available.
