Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to lead and manage complex technology projects and programs that drive business success.

About the Role

The successful candidate will promote the effective delivery of projects and programs, leveraging their deep knowledge of technical principles and practices. They will also be responsible for managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Solutions Analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the region to ensure the effective management of application inventories throughout their lifecycle.
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of processes and controls for managing application lifecycles, ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and validations of application inventories, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application inventory processes and systems.
  • Foster effective communication and alignment with stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing technology teams and projects, with a strong understanding of applied architecture principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to align technology solutions with business strategies and objectives.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex objectives into manageable tasks.
  • Experience in data visualization and analytics, with the ability to extract insights from large data sets.
  • Excellent technical writing skills, with the ability to translate complex information for stakeholders.
