We are seeking a skilled Operations Technical Specialist to join our expanding Infrastructure Operations team.

Job Overview

This is a hands-on role responsible for troubleshooting and operation of electrical and mechanical equipment, including Uninterruptable Power Supplies, Switchgear, Circuit Breakers, and Automatic Transfer Switches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the highest safety standards and promote a world-class safety culture.
  • Operate and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot events within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Conduct daily operational readings of all mechanical and electrical equipment through routine rounds/log-taking.
  • Supervise contractors who perform servicing or preventive maintenance.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of safe electrical practices according to guidelines set by relevant electrical safety supervisory bodies.
  • Professional Electrical or Mechanical Certification, or a level 6 engineering qualification.
