Spa and Wellness Professional

The Heritage is seeking a skilled Spa and Wellness Professional to join our team.

Job Description

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional spa experiences to our guests. As a Spa and Wellness Professional, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on spa treatments and products, as well as ensuring that each guest receives a personalized and memorable experience from start to finish.

You will work closely with our team of professionals to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic environment in our treatment rooms, as well as carrying out reception and spa experience duties as required.

Requirements
  • Qualifications: ITEC, CIBTAC, or CIDESCO qualification in spa therapy
  • Experience: Previous experience working in a spa environment is essential
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work well under pressure, and attention to detail
