HRIS Systems Expert

Join our dynamic team as a key player in driving the success of our HR systems. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your technical expertise and passion for HR analytics to make a meaningful impact.

The Role:

  1. Develop and maintain high-quality HR data by managing and overseeing the HRIS system, ensuring seamless functionality and data integrity.
  2. Conduct regular audits to uphold data security and accuracy, guaranteeing that our systems are always up-to-date and compliant with regulations.
  3. Analyze and interpret complex HR data to provide actionable insights and inform strategic decision-making.
  4. Create detailed reports and dashboards on key HR metrics such as turnover, recruitment, payroll, and gender pay gap analysis.
  5. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
  6. Support payroll processing and participate in various HR projects, including process improvement initiatives and system upgrades.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in managing HRIS systems, preferably with Access People XD (formerly CoreHR).
  • Detailed knowledge of HR processes, metrics, and KPIs.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • A solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
