Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Care Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality care services in Co. Cork.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain accurate supervision records and participate in care activities as part of the care management process.
  • Employ best practice approaches in client care and support carers to deliver exceptional care outcomes.
  • Supervise and develop a team of healthcare professionals to achieve excellence in care provision.

Requirements:

  • QQI/FETAC Level 5 Major award for Healthcare (Level 6 an advantage but not essential).
  • At least three years' experience working as a Healthcare Assistant with a proven track record in a supervisory capacity.
  • A full clean driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
