Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, execute, and analyze process development projects focusing on mammalian cell culture systems.
  • Mentor and supervise junior and mid-level staff providing technical guidance and troubleshooting.
  • Optimize and scale-up bioreactor processes for protein production.
  • Drive innovation and contribute to strategic improvements in upstream technologies.
  • Communicate project updates, results, and recommendations effectively through reports and presentations.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Expertise in mammalian cell culture with a strong focus on CHO cell lines.
  • Proficiency in bioreactor operation, process optimization, and analytical methods for protein characterization.
  • Ability to lead teams, manage timelines, and deliver impactful results.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, innovation mindset, and collaborative approach.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and technical writing skills.
  • PhD with 5+ years or Master's with 7+ years of industry experience in upstream process development using mammalian cell cultures.
