Job Description

Maintenance supervisors play a pivotal role in upholding maintenance procedures and ensuring their seamless implementation throughout facilities.

They conduct thorough inspections of the facilities, identify areas for improvement, and oversee all installation, repair, and upkeep operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Uphold maintenance procedures by conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities, allocating workload and supervising the maintenance team as needed.
  • Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary to maintain a well-stocked supply of parts and materials.
  • Manage relationships with contractors and service providers, ensuring they meet the company's quality standards.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report on daily progress to management.
Requirements and Skills
  • A proven track record of experience as a maintenance supervisor or similar role, with expertise in planning maintenance operations.
  • A solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, and other relevant crafts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and external contractors.
  • Outstanding organisational and leadership abilities, with a talent for developing and implementing new ideas contributing to company success.
