The Role of Maintenance Shift Technician is critical to the smooth operation of our facility.

About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at our state-of-the-art facility in Dublin. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective maintenance and repair of equipment and processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and repairing equipment to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Recording work carried out in SAP and on shift reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Implementing permanent fixes for issues raised on shift reports to minimize downtime.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures to protect yourself and colleagues.
  • Providing regular feedback to management through reporting and recording of maintenance activities.

You will work closely with the maintenance team to build a continuous improvement environment within the facility. We require someone who is a good communicator, able to work under pressure, and has the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

A strong background in electrical engineering, mechanical skills, and experience in an automated factory environment are essential for this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP is also required.
