As a Business Growth Architect, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth for our clients. Your expertise in technical and payments domains will be essential in partnering with sales teams to identify client needs and develop solutions that meet their goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with sales teams to understand client needs and develop targeted solutions
- Leading discovery meetings to assess client challenges and prescribe tailored solutions
- Building relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to drive business growth
- Demonstrating our end-to-end solutions to showcase value and differentiators
- Providing expert guidance on product features and technical questions from clients
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in technical/business consulting, software engineering, or sales/pre-sales
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver compelling presentations
- Ability to work with clients to solve complex problems and simplify technical concepts
- Curiosity, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn new technologies and business processes
This role offers a competitive salary range of €72,000 - €108,000 per annum, as well as equity, company bonus, retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness stipends.
Work EnvironmentAs a Business Growth Architect, you can expect to spend at least 50% of your time in the office or with clients, collaborating on projects and building relationships.
