As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value accounts by fostering strong relationships, managing key stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for further expansion.
You will analyze opportunities for clients to leverage our products and services across their various lines of business, with the goal of enhancing their operations.
Proactive in strengthening existing client relationships to increase adoption and usage of our products and services, anticipating client requirements and challenges, working towards a (re)solution by leveraging data-driven insights and strategic knowledge of the client's business.
- Expertly manage a portfolio of high-value accounts

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years experience in a Client Success or Account Management role
- Proven track record in acquiring and engaging SME and Enterprise businesses to build profitable partnerships
- Experience in Finance, Fintech, or Technology
- Ability to understand key drivers of the business
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
