You will play a key role in finding creative ways to scale our campus efforts and attract top talent from universities across Europe. Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers throughout the hiring process is crucial.
As a Quantitative Recruiter, you will attend and facilitate careers fairs, campus events, and on-site events for our programmes. You will apply an analytical approach – leveraging data to inform recruiting decisions and improve the hiring process.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, engineering, physics, or computer science with coursework in probability, statistics, and combinatorics.
- Experience with Excel preferred, but not essential. Basic programming experience also beneficial.
- Strong appetite to learn how to interview students by using quantitative concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong sense of urgency and emotional intelligence.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
