Proactive Outreach and Account Manager

Job Overview
\We are seeking a Proactive Outreach and Account Manager to join our team at Toptalent. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing proactive outreach strategies to engage with potential clients and build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
\Your primary objective will be to effectively communicate the value of our products and services to prospective clients, assessing their needs and recommending tailored solutions. You will identify and actively pursue new business prospects in the marketplace, facilitating meetings and calls between prospective clients and our sales team.
\This role requires a native or fluent command of English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. A highly driven individual with a passion for sales and for developing as a sales professional is ideal, possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\With a track record of achieving sales quotas and experience in Business Development or sales, preferably within the SaaS industry, you will possess strong sales skills with a solutions-focused mindset, dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
\We are looking for a technologically adept individual with a keen interest in technology, and the ability to quickly learn, understand, and articulate complex tech concepts. You should have demonstrated ability to independently prospect leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
