Job Overview

This role requires a high degree of organizational and communication skills to effectively manage and coordinate multiple tasks, while maintaining the highest level of quality in applications, trackers, and mailboxes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Corporate Treasury/Cash Management/Bank Administration or similar roles, with previous supervisor/manager experience an advantage.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining high standards of applications, trackers, and mailboxes
  • Managing data within Treasury Management Systems (TMS)
  • Monitoring and capturing quality-related metrics
  • Managing signatories on accounts
  • Coordinating ad-hoc requests from businesses
  • Supporting projects as required
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Corporate Treasury/Cash Management/Bank Administration or similar roles
  • Previous supervisor/manager experience an advantage
  • Understanding of constitutive documents
  • Familiarity with payments and reporting such as Swift messaging types and formats
  • Experience of responding to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requests
