E Commerce Product Manager

Are you a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of e-commerce trends, customer behaviour, and digital product management? Do you have exceptional communication skills, commercial acumen, and project management expertise?

We are looking for a talented E-Commerce Product Manager to oversee the optimisation, continuous improvement, and monitoring of our website and associated assets. This role requires a dynamic individual who can work cross-functionally with various teams to ensure the successful implementation and optimisation of our product strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the e-commerce product strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
  • Manage relationships with 3rd Party Product vendors including affiliates to ensure KPI's are met.
  • Drive measurable customer and business value by identifying, prioritizing, and delivering impactful product enhancements across digital commerce platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional communication skills, including PowerPoint, and the ability to form packs and adapt to differing levels of stakeholder seniority.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to tie back action to margin improvement.
  • Workshop facilitation skills and the ability to bring the organisation
