As a key member of the digital commerce team, the Ecommerce Trading Manager plays a vital role in driving revenue growth and enhancing customer experience within a defined market. This position requires a strong commercial acumen and ability to make strategic decisions independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute market-level performance strategies to exceed targets, focusing on KPIs such as BV, net revenue, conversion, AOV, and margin.
  • Localize and implement trading strategies, ensuring alignment with central objectives and market dynamics, while continuously monitoring and adjusting to changes in the market.
  • Design, execute, and optimize discounting and promotional strategies within margin frameworks, using performance data and competitor benchmarks to inform decision-making.
  • Lead campaign planning and execution, ensuring seamless coordination across Content, CRM, Product, and Acquisition teams, and collaborating with CRO and Product teams to improve UX and customer journey.
  • Represent the market in performance meetings, providing proactive communication on outcomes, risks, and opportunities to senior stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in eCommerce, trading, or digital merchandising, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving digital performance through merchandising and promotional levers.
  • Strong working knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Power BI), Excel, and CMS systems, with solid understanding of customer behavior and digital best practices in the relevant European market.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to lead across functions and influence without authority, while maintaining strong commercial acumen and ability to make strategic decisions independently.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with a focus on digital commerce and trading strategies.
