La Mer Skin Care Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Skin Care Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our premium skin care products and provide exceptional customer service.

As a La Mer Skin Care Consultant, you will be responsible for creating a unique and personalized shopping experience for our customers. You will be knowledgeable about our products and able to make recommendations to customers based on their individual skin care needs.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for skin care and excellent communication skills. They will be confident in providing product information, answering questions, and making sales.

This is a part-time contract with a fixed term basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a personalized shopping experience for customers.
  • Be knowledgeable about La Mer products and make recommendations to customers based on their individual skin care needs.
  • Confidently provide product information and answer customer questions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained at all times.

Requirements:

  • Passion for skin care and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Flexibility to work across days/hours.
  • Intermediate level experience in skincare is preferred but not essential.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country.
