Job Title: Senior Principal Product Designer

This role is designed to lead collaboration within a product pillar, setting a vision that aligns cross-functional stakeholders across product, engineering, and research.

We are seeking an experienced designer who can drive UX strategy with a research-backed approach, grounding product experiences in user needs, market signals, and business priorities.

About the Role
  • This position will be responsible for leading design processes at the team level to improve efficiency, quality, and collaboration.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing and executing high design craft and vision for B2C products.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead UX strategy with a research-backed approach, grounding product experiences in user needs, market signals, and business priorities.
  • Establish best practices in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design for product-wide consistency and impact.
  • Drive the evolution of our design system and standards to support scalable, cohesive product experiences.
  • Apply AI tools and design methods to speed up iteration, unlock new value for users, and evolve how we design and build products.
Requirements
  • A strong understanding of user-centred design principles and the ability to apply them to complex problems.
  • Experience working within a geographically distributed team.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
