Chief Production Coordinator

Job Overview
The Production Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the entire production process. This key position requires strategic planning, effective team leadership, and meeting predetermined targets within specified timelines.
- Direct and control Supervisors and Operators to guarantee optimal performance, motivation, and adherence to set standards.
- Oversee operating processes to maximize plant equipment efficiency and maintain Health and Safety standards.
- Prepare and monitor resource utilization to optimize production operations.
- Ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time with regular monitoring of quality and ongoing requirements.
- Maintain regular contact with departments to identify potential issues and provide support on production matters.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to plan and implement efficient maintenance schedules.
- Work with the QA Manager to apply legal, regulatory, and food safety requirements.
- Coordinate site audits and visit non-conformances with the quality team and other departments.
- Strive for the highest product process standards ensuring all products meet exceptional quality.
- Maintain awareness of new production processes and propose improvements to plant and equipment.
- Foster an effective working relationship with senior management to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
