Job Title: Academic Professional

About the Role

We are seeking an Academic Professional to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences in Accounting, Finance, and Business disciplines.

Responsibilities
  • Teach and assess students in areas such as Accounting, Finance, and Business.
  • Develop innovative curriculum content and assessments aligned with industry and academic standards.
  • Work within QA approved guidelines to evaluate student work and submissions.
  • Support student learning and progression through mentoring and academic feedback.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and ensure alignment with professional body standards.
  • Engage with industry professionals to bring real-world context to the classroom.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, academic reviews, and programme administration.
Requirements
  • Masters or PhD qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven teaching ability and/or professional experience in accounting, finance, or business.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and IT skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain academic and professional standards.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and digital learning tools.
