Facility Design Lead

Job Opportunity Overview
">This role offers an exceptional opportunity to lead a consultancy project in designing a cutting-edge small molecule facility. As a Process SME, you will be responsible for overseeing the consultancy design and working collaboratively with stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should possess strong process engineering skills and experience in pharma manufacturing, as well as excellent project management abilities. They must also have the capacity to document and agree requirements with project stakeholders effectively.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Understand business objectives, project scope, schedule, and critical success factors
- Engage with project stakeholders relevant to the SME role
- Participate in the capital project team through basic/detailed design and equipment procurement
- Assess equipment needs and support the generation of equipment URS and specifications for design or purchase
Requirements:
">- Strong process engineering skills and experience in pharma manufacturing
- Excellent project management skills with ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
- Ability to document and agree requirements with project stakeholders
Working Conditions:
">This is a client-side role with a hybrid working pattern, requiring minimum 3 days a week at the office or supplier site. The engagement is expected to run into early 2027, with potential to continue beyond then.
