Facilities Project Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Facilities Project Manager to lead a multi-disciplined team in delivering all services under Project Management and Facilities Services. This is an exciting opportunity to implement growth and continuous improvement opportunities, while ensuring consistent delivery against the client agreement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team to deliver services under Project Management and Facilities Services.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects, managing intersecting tasks across workstreams for seamless delivery.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
  • Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

As a successful Facilities Project Manager, you will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain collaborative networks internally and externally.

In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders, including executive leadership, to provide timely updates and reports. You will be responsible for managing complex tasks across multiple workstreams.

Requirements:
  • Strong business operator with excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Proven Customer Relationship Management (CRM) capabilities, with a commitment to high-quality delivery.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to develop and implement strategies and deliver on agreed targets.
  • Deep knowledge of at least one core competency in facilities management, ideally Offices Services.
  • Commercial and financial awareness.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Slides).
