Job Description

Motor Distributors Limited, the exclusive importer and distributor of XPENG in Ireland, is seeking a highly skilled National Sales Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy, driving growth across all sales channels, and fostering strong relationships with our dealer network and manufacturer partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a sales environment that realizes the full potential for XPENG PC sales in our market.
  • Develop and implement operational and strategic plans to achieve our growth objectives.
  • Manage harmonious relationships with XPENG, agreeing on a two-year rolling business plan/targets.
  • Travel to manufacturer events and motor shows as required.
  • Nurture a customer-centric culture, exceeding expectations at every touchpoint of the customer journey.

Requirements:
