Project Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned HVAC Project Engineer with a strong background in managing projects from design to installation and handover.

The role involves planning, coordinating, and project managing turnkey projects within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device sectors.

This position requires technical knowledge of P&IDs, Schematics, Layout Drawings, and Technical Specifications, as well as experience in live manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing project plans to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
  • Leading teams of engineers and technicians in designing, pricing, and procuring equipment and materials
  • Managing subcontractors and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Coordinating site surveys, redlining/as-building of drawings, commissioning and commissioning management, and punchlist management
  • Generating commissioning protocols and ensuring timely delivery of project turnover packs
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in project engineering in regulated GMP facilities
  • Technical knowledge of P&IDs, Schematics, Layout Drawings, and Technical Specifications
  • Experience in live manufacturing environments and vendor and contractor management
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related sciences, with a proven track record in project engineering in Pharma/Bio-Pharma/Biotech sector
