Product Development Associate Role

This is a challenging role for individuals looking to grow their skills in Asset Management. The Product Development Associate will be responsible for monitoring products throughout their lifecycle, conducting ongoing Service Reviews, and ensuring the existing product range remains competitive.

  • The successful candidate will also facilitate the development and implementation of new products from initial research through to launch.
  • Additionally, they will analyze the market and competitor landscape to identify general investment trends/themes and product flows.
  • They will work with internal departments to document business requirements for new products or enhancements to existing products and processes.
  • Another key responsibility is to support client migration and post-implementation reviews.
  • The Product Development Associate will also ensure that data from platforms is properly administered.
  • Furthermore, they will act as system administrator for Salesforce CRM and liaise with the Salesforce developer to maintain accurate records.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Asset Management is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Fund Accounting experience is desirable.
  • Good time-management and ability to work to multiple deadlines are necessary.
  • A self-starter who can work independently when required.
  • Ability to interact effectively with senior management and staff at all levels.
  • Accuracy and good attention to detail are crucial.
